Operations Management Body of Knowledge Framework

This page will be updated to capture suggested changes to the OMBOK Framework.

The following are suggested changes:

1. In Chapter 5, on the first page (page 43) in the table in the first column, in the fifth row (or fourth excluding the heading row): “Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II)” should be changed to “Material and Capacity Requirements Planning”. This is because MRP II has much broader meaning.  10-8-2008
2. In Chapter 6, on the first page (page 59), in section 6.3 Scheduling Techniques, “Finite Scheduling” should be changed to “Finite Loading” and “Infinite Scheduling” should be changed to “Infinite Loading”.  10-8-2008
